We have developed our examination light EMALED 300 for examination and treatment rooms. We achieve great flexibility for the user through possibility of installing the lights up to the ceiling or to the wall. With 28 LED’s, the lighting power up to 100.000 lx and the working field of 160 mm this light provides a shadow-free illumination of the surgical area. The   illumination control as well as the off/on switch is situated direct at the light head. The good color rendering index of 92 and the near sunlight spectrum of 4.200 K in connection with the “cool” light without infrared and ultraviolet rays makes it possible to have a contrasty and detailed view of the wound. There are some important features that guarantee a safe and easy use of this examination light: The lighting heads are easy to move, simply to attach and can be moved unhindered around the horizontal axes. The low energy consumption of the lights as well as the long life span of the LED’s (at least 30.000 h) ensures low operating costs.
