Our surgical lights EMALED 500 and EMALED 500/500 are intended for the daily use in the operating room. The lighting power of our lights contains 100.000 lx per light head which light field  diameter is between 180 and 350 mm. 70 light diodes make sure that there is no shadow and an even lighting. The light diodes produce a near sun light spectrum of 4.200 K with a colour rendering index of 92 without heating the operating field with infrared or ultraviolet rays. The lighting power, which lays between 10% and 100% as well as the light field size are being regulated by a control panel at the light head and optionally by remote control. The surgical light EMALED 500 and EMALED 500/500 could be equipped with an uninterrupted power supply that automatically sustains the power of the accumulators charged up for ca. 4 h without being connected to an electrical outlet. A long life span of the diodes of at least 30.000 h as well as the low energy consumption makes it possible to use surgical lights economically. The safe installing of the right position and the easy moving around of the light heads as well as the unhindered movement around the horizontal axes enables comfortable work.
