This basic version has a fixed focus and is designed for the daily activities in the operating room. The lighting power is 160.000 lx (EMALED 560 LT) and 100.000 lx (EMALED 500 LT) per light head and the light field diameter is 180 mm. 35 light diodes makes sure that there is no shadow and an even light. The light diodes produce a near sun light spectrum of 4.200 K with a colour rendering index of 92 without heating the operating field with infrared or ultraviolet rays. The lighting power, which lays between 10% and 100% is being regulated by panel at the light head. With the safe installing of the light in the desired position and the easy and unhindered moving of the lighthead around the horizontal axes we make comfortable work possible. EMALED lights work economically because of the long life span of the light diodes (at least 30.000 h) and the low energy consumption. The surgical lights EMALED 560 LT and EMALED 500 LT (both single and double lights) could be ordered with an uninterrupted power supply that automatically sustains the power of the accumulators charged up for ca. 4 h without being connected to an electrical outlet.
